For the Betreibungsamt, we are looking for a clerk seizures, 100% per immediately or by arrangement at the Olten location. Your responsibility You perform all activities of the Betreibungsamt independently. You deliver debt collection certificates, execute seizures and attachments. Your tasks also include the processing of retentions, official safekeeping as well as liquidations of movable objects and real estate. You process customer inquiries on all debt collection law topics. Your profile You have a commercial apprenticeship (at least E-profile), good IT skills and already bring experience in debt collection law. Further training in the field of debt collection law (e.g. federal diploma) or the willingness to complete such is an advantage. You are an independent, responsible, team-oriented and resilient personality with above-average organizational talent as well as a pronounced ability for networked thinking.
