This is done by telephone, through the monitoring and management of different alarm systems, as well as by email. Responsibilities * Receiving calls in French, German and Italian * Data entry into an Otis proprietary system * Transmission of cases to service technicians * Performing various administrative tasks * Managing different email inboxes Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge * Trilingual in French, German, Italian or bilingual with good knowledge of the third language * Comfortable with IT (ten-finger typing advantageous) * Strong customer orientation * Good stress management * Initial experience in a Call Center welcome, but not essential Personal qualities * Punctuality, willingness to work according to irregular schedules * Sociable and communicative with good team spirit * Loyal and committed What we offer you * Your personal development is important to us.
