Service Coordinator

Client: An Industrial company
Contract duration: 3 months from the date of employment
Extension option: Yes
Workload: 80% - 100%
Place of employment: Zuzwil or Baden
Start date: As soon as possible

Your Tasks:

1). Planning, scheduling and coordination of service technicians in Switzerland, taking into account availability, qualifications, proximity and urgency.
2). Organization and management of service orders such as maintenance, repairs and installations in the medium and low voltage range.
3). Close coordination with internal clients (project management) and the service team for efficient planning and implementation of daily service activities.
4). Central interface function including ongoing monitoring of resource planning and flexible response of changes, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business success.

Your profile:

1). Complete technical or commercial training.
2). At least 3 years of professional experience in service planning, e.g. as a service dispatcher or service coordinator in a comparable role.
3). Sound knowledge and practical experience in maintenance, service, commissioning and repair of electrical systems or equipment.
4). Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as resilience.
5). Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally Salesforce.
6). Excellent German skills, both spoken and written: English and French are an advantage.
