To strengthen our MAD Café teams We are looking for: A Manager Assistant Main missions: You are responsible for the smooth running of the service and ensure a quality of welcome and personalized services to our clientele. You support the Manager in her daily tasks & replacement during her absences (management, closings, maintenance of the premises according to current standards, etc...) You know our offers perfectly in order to meet the expectations of the clients. You will notably proceed with the various service and setup operations in compliance with the quality standards and procedures in force within the establishment. Guarantee the satisfaction of customers throughout their experience Desired profiles: Resistant to stress Confirmed experience of at least 1 to 3 years in a similar position Confirmed experience in catering or bar or clubbing Mastery of tray service Excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills. Motivated, with a sharp sense of organization and teamwork.
