For an established partner office in Zürich, we are looking for an Architect Construction Documentation. 100 % workload desired, at least 80 %.

You work on demanding building construction projects and translate design and construction projects into precise working and detail plans. The design quality in realization is of high importance. You work closely with project management, the team, and specialist planners.

Your tasks

• Development of working, detail, and construction plans
• Constructive elaboration down to the detail
• Coordination of specialist planner contributions in the execution
• Quality assurance of material, joints, and execution
• Plan updates during realization
• Support of the project management regarding deadlines and decisions

Your profile

• Completed architecture studies
• Sound experience in Swiss construction documentation
• High drawing and constructive precision
• CAD/BIM proficiency
• Fluent German
• Ability to work in a team and perseverance in complex projects
