As an Infopoint Employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers. In addition to representative tasks, services in the area of Parking and integration into the security dispositif are included: • Friendly and competent reception of visitors, as well as their assignment and registration • Providing information • Forwarding fault reports, complaints, and order reports to the responsible departments • Operating the intercom system of the parking garage • Administrative work • Monitoring the parking area and controlling barriers • Active assistance in the security organization • The rental and sale of various items The assignments take place every Friday from 15:00 - 21:15. Furthermore, you are willing and flexible to take on more shifts during short-term absences such as illness or during your colleagues' holidays. <br /> This is what defines you.
