To strengthen our international ICT Finance & HR team, we are looking for an experienced leadership and project management personality with a strong understanding of finance, sound SAP know-how and a pragmatic hands-on mentality IT Team and Project Manager Finance (f/m/d) 80-100% Your typical day * Leadership responsibility & application support: As a team leader, you and your team are responsible for the stable operation and continuous further development of our Finance and Controlling applications (SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, BLP, SAP Concur, Tagetik). Additionally, you are responsible for the HR applications SuccessFactors and Interflex. * Project management & application control: Independent management and implementation of ICT projects, from coordinating internal adjustments to the confident management of external partners, including budget and cost responsibility * Process Consulting & Documentation: You advise the specialist departments comprehensively on the application and optimization of processes and ensure clean documentation of all developments and interfaces * Strategic Roadmap & Portfolio: You actively participate in shaping the application roadmap for Finance & HR and manage the balance between day-to-day business, optimization and projects * Head of FI/CO Change Advisory Board: You take over the leadership of the Change Advisory Board and ensure that prioritized adjustments are implemented transparently and on time * Innovation Driver (AI & Automation): You evaluate new technologies, automation possibilities and AI potentials for their concrete business benefit and drive Kistler forward digitally Your profile * Project manager know-how & leadership competence: As a communicative team player with project management competence, you support and develop your team members in an audience-appropriate manner to unlock their full potential * Sound education & leadership experience: You have a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling and/or Computer Science. Experience in leading teams in an international environment would be an advantage * Expertise in SAP FI/CO & finance processes: Thanks to your sound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO as well as your broad understanding of finance and controlling processes, you succeed effortlessly in competently advising internal stakeholders in controlling and providing solution-oriented support * Structured way of working & affinity for the future: Conceptual thinking and a methodical approach characterize you.
