Your new challenges: ####

• Leadership of a team of 5-8 service employees, which is responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Ensuring service quality and service delivery as well as the implementation of field actions
• Supporting the repair business with high-quality repair leads (identified repair needs)
• Carrying out maintenance tasks (maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair)
• Monitoring the relevant key figures and initiating corresponding measures
• Deployment planning for on-call service incl. back-up

Your ideal prerequisites: ####

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., polymechanic, auto mechanic, plant and apparatus builder, or electrical installer)
• Further training in the commercial field is an advantage
• Professional experience in the area of service or repairs
• Elevator know-how is an advantage
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the local language, other languages are an advantage
