In this context, we are recruiting a Head to support the development of our ambulatory surgery center and its endoscopy activity. What will you be required to do? Lead the operational management of the ambulatory surgery center (day clinic and endoscopy activity) Plan and optimize patient flows and scheduling in a logic of efficiency Supervise, coordinate, and unite a multidisciplinary team (approx. 21 FTE) Supervise the integration, supervision, and training of employees and students Guarantee the quality, safety, and continuity of care throughout the patient journey Participate in the development and strategic orientations of the ambulatory activity Anticipate activity evolutions and propose organizational adaptations Deploy continuous improvement processes and manage performance indicators Promote collaboration with specialist doctors and anesthetists as well as all accredited doctors Collaborate in the steering and monitoring of certification and quality audits and contribute to institutional projects Apply directives and promote institutional projects Ensure the proper transmission of upward, downward, and cross-functional information with all partners With whom will you work? In the Day Clinic, our team includes 10 nurses and 1 nursing assistant in endoscopy and ambulatory service. It is a supportive, versatile, always smiling, and dynamic team. The service's mottos are "Mutual aid, empathy, and gourmetness". In Interventional, our team is composed of 8 nurses and 4 technical assistants in endoscopy and ambulatory service. It is a supportive and dynamic team, experienced and always curious to develop new skills and activities. The service's mottos are "Good mood, rigor, and gentleness". What do we expect from you? Indispensables: Hold a degree in nursing, operating room technician, or a title deemed equivalent, ideally supplemented by management training (CAS, DAS or MAS) Demonstrate proven experience in team management within a hospital environment Have significant experience in the operating block, ideally as a scrub nurse or circulator, with a good understanding of surgical requirements Possess a strong ability to structure, organize, and prioritize in a demanding environment Your assets: Have experience in the implementation or transformation of an ambulatory activity Master the specific challenges of endoscopy (flow, scheduling, safety) Demonstrate an ability to support change, mobilize teams, and transform organizations Be proactive and drive a continuous improvement dynamic Show an interest in organizational and technological innovations in health Why choose La Clinique de La Source?
