Nursing Assistant - flexible pool assignments in psychiatry & 1:1 care

Do you want to work flexibly and plan your assignments according to your availability? For various institutions in the Schaffhausen region, we are looking for nursing assistants for assignments in psychiatry, gerontopsychiatry, and 1:1 care.

Requirements ##

• Completed nursing assistant course SRK or equivalent course recognized by OdASanté
• At least 6 months of professional experience in psychiatry or long-term care
• Calm, empathetic, and resilient personality
• Independent and reliable way of working

Tasks ##

• Care and accompaniment of people in psychiatry and gerontopsychiatry
• Taking over 1:1 care assignments
• Support with basic care and daily ward routine
• Observation and communication of relevant changes
