Job Description
--------------------

Reporting directly to the Medical Director, you occupy a strategic transversal function within Réseau de l'Arc. Acting as a real link between the Medical Directorate, physicians and nursing teams, you actively participate in the development of care quality, patient safety and the implementation of innovative institutional projects.

Quality of care and patient safety

• Lead and coordinate the quality management system of Réseau de l'Arc.
• Develop and update the patient quality concept, including for outpatient activities.
• Ensure the monitoring of quality and safety indicators, notably those of the ANQ.
• Organize internal audits and support the continuous improvement of processes.
• Coordinate the medical-nursing quality team.

Development of integrated care and innovation

• Contribute to the development of the VIVA - Réseau de l'Arc quality system, an innovative model of integrated care.
• Develop performance indicators in population health and integrated care.
• Participate in research projects in collaboration with the Université de Bâle.
• Support the integration of innovative solutions, notably in the fields of artificial intelligence and the coordination of care pathways.

Support to the Medical Directorate

• Participate in the elaboration and dissemination of institutional medical directives.
• Contribute to the implementation of strategic projects such as TARDOC or TeamSTEPPS.
• Support Medical Affairs in certain physician recruitment and integration activities.
• Participate in the development of clinical and medico-economic management tools.
• Ensure, as needed, the coordination of medical teams in the absence of a department head.

Qualifications
--------------

• Physician holding an FMH specialist title.
• At least one year of experience as a chief physician.
• Marked interest in quality of care, public health and organizational development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
• Autonomy, sense of organization and ability to adapt.
• Great discretion and respect for confidentiality.
