Automotive Sales Consultant - 100% ##

Your mission

• Develop the portfolio: active prospecting (telephone, field, digital) and loyalty of existing customers.
• Welcome and advise customers from A to Z: needs analysis, presentations, test drives, configuration, possible trade-in, financing/leasing/insurance options, conclusion, delivery.
• Prepare offers and sales contracts with precision and rigorous follow-up.
• Guarantee an irreproachable customer experience, from the first contact until the delivery of the vehicle.
• Achieve your sales objectives.

Your profile

• Several years of successful experience in automotive sales or in a similar commercial environment.
• Holder of a CFC related to automobiles or the commercial field
• Strong commercial spirit and comfortable with telephone prospecting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude, combining active listening and targeted argumentation.
• Established network in central Valais, knowledge of the local fabric.
• Passion for customer relations and the automotive universe.
• French native language, other languages are an asset.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, digital tools and open to new technologies.
• Category B driving license indispensable.
