The retirement and care homes of Teufen offer 105 elderly people care and support characterized by respect, professional competence, and with the aim of maintaining and promoting quality of life on a daily basis.

For the Lindenhügel house, we are looking for a competent and committed person

80-100% as soon as possible or by agreement

The Lindenhügel house offers a home to 40 residents.

Five of them live in our protected unit Edelweiss, specialized in the support of people suffering from advanced dementia.

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the professional and organizational management of 20 employees as well as

representation of the team management

• Participation in service planning
• Taking charge of daily responsibility in care
• Collaboration on projects and concept development
• Close work with relatives and doctors
• Medication management
• Practical supervision and quality management

Your profile

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF or community health and nursing assistant CFC
• Sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in undertaking management tasks
• Autonomous and structured working method
• Very good knowledge of German and MS Office
