Your tasks at the new employer

• You take over the invoicing of services and ensure correct and timely billing
• You support accounts receivable and accounts payable in daily business and process the associated documents and bookings
• You regularly reconcile incoming payments, open items, and accounts and resolve differences independently
• You participate supportively in month-end and year-end closing work and take on further administrative tasks in accounting

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training as an Accounting Clerk
• You already bring professional experience in accounting, particularly in invoicing as well as accounts receivable or accounts payable accounting
• Good German and French skills as well as confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems support you in everyday work
• With your flair for numbers, an uncomplicated manner, and a reliable working style, you like to roll up your sleeves and also keep an overview even with different tasks
