Polymechaniker/in - CNC manufacturing with 5-axis machines

Activities

• Technically assess new parts
• Define suitable manufacturing processes
• Program machining centers and machine tools
• Independently manufacture workpieces on 5-axis centers
• Inspect machined parts and document measurement results

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as Polymechanikerin or Polymechaniker with professional experience
• Practical experience with programming, setup, and operation of 5-axis milling/turning centers is considered a plus
• Knowledge in ISO programming with Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, or NUM is desirable
• Good oral and written German skills
• Confident handling of modern IT tools
