You support our project managers, maintain an overview, and ensure that complex transport projects become perfectly organized operations. What awaits you • You support our project managers in the planning and organization of exciting heavy lift projects • You create offers, order confirmations and other project documents • You support the project management in the creation and updating of CAD drawings and technical documents • You coordinate appointments and are the hub between customers, project management and dispatch • You accompany orders administratively from the inquiry to invoicing • You maintain project and customer data and ensure that everything is in the right place • You are the contact person for our customers and support the team in daily business What you bring with you • A commercial vocational training or a technical basic training with commercial further training • Experience in creating CAD drawings as well as confident handling of common CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) or the willingness to acquire these skills • Joy in organizing and coordinating • An independent, structured and reliable way of working • Customer-oriented thinking and a hands-on mentality • Good IT skills as well as joy in digital tools • Experience in the transport, logistics or construction-related industry is a plus - but not a must • French and/or English are an advantage What you can look forward to • Exciting projects where no two days are the same • A familiar team that sticks together and supports each other • A lot of personal responsibility and short decision-making paths • Thorough induction and development opportunities • Modern work equipment as well as progressive employment conditions and attractive social benefits Ready to move big things? ## Then we look forward to meeting you.
