Project Manager Real Estate (m/f/x)

Missions

• 360° management of complex development projects in Genève;
• As project manager for the entire development process, you assume technical responsibility (profitability, deadlines, quality) from initiation, design, and planning, up to delivery to the investor (investment projects) or to the buyers (PPE projects).
• You also take charge of the commercial aspect and will prepare profitability calculations, obtain budgets, and control revenues and costs.
• Management and coordination with the ET, external mandate holders, and authorities;
• Management and structural support for ongoing and future tenders in Genève;
• Participation in the proactive and reactive acquisition process;
• Structural support to the transaction unit as part of studies and due diligences;
• Search for sites and development project opportunities in Genève and neighboring France;
• You have a very good network within the administrative services and the profession in Genève;

You bring

• Solid proven knowledge of the Genève market.
• IEI diploma and/or Swiss Federal Diploma of developer and/or more than 10 years of activity in Switzerland in real estate development;
• Diploma in architecture, urban planning, or engineering, or comparable knowledge in the field of construction planning;
• Ability to manage a complex and long-term project within the framework of a PLQ in Genève;
• Confirmed extensive knowledge and practice of financial plans and OCLPF practices;
• Capacity for in-depth analysis and to develop participatively a synthetic overview of a project strategy;
• Experience in the internal and external management of planning teams and specialists;
• Professional and positive approach to the challenges proposed, proposal of operational solutions;
• Game Player and good internal and external communicator, pleasant and efficient collaboration;
• Good representation and networking ability, important address book in Genève;
• Irreproachable professional track record and suitable references;
• Irreproachable French expression. A good command of English and/or German is an asset.
