For our Villa Böcklin, we are looking for a committed and competent HF/FH registered nurse, ready to take on professional training in addition to daily nursing work and to participate in teaching.

From February 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for a

Registered Nurse HF as vocational trainer 60-100%

Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process
• Implementation of therapeutic care activities
• Planning and accompaniment of medical visits
• Electronic documentation of care via Care-Coach
• Assuming the tasks of a reference person
• Management of the care process
• Conducting case meetings
• Assuming daily responsibility
• Assuming tasks as a thematic lead, with professional authority
• You create learning situations for apprentices, guide them in the departments, document the learning process, provide feedback, and evaluate them orally and in writing.
• You autonomously plan and coordinate learning support and work with apprentices also during shift work or on weekends.
• You communicate openly and transparently within our pedagogical team and the care teams and hold an important function in the management triangle.

Your profile

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• Experience in RAI coordination desired
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, oral and written
• Joy in collaborating with apprentices and students
• Recognized continuing education in the pedagogical field (at least SVEB 1)
