What you can achieve with us You take independent responsibility for the advice and support of the integration of young people – from registration to the completion of the integration process. You carefully analyze the starting situation and involve relevant specialists and institutions in the case management and ensure the flow of information. You assign integration-effective measures and use your scope of action in a goal-oriented manner. You plan, coordinate, and manage the cooperation with external partners such as teachers, employers, institutions, coaches, medical professionals, and authorities. You support young people during the transition from school to vocational training – individually and practically, initiate integration measures, assign suitable support instruments, and coordinate their implementation. You are the contact person and trusted person for young people, parents, and involved agencies – always empathetic and solution-oriented, actively promoting inter-institutional cooperation, and exerting influence for successful integration processes. Which skills are important to us You have a tertiary educational degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (e.g., HR, Coaching, Case Management). You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the integration or counseling sector or, as a career changer, at least 5 years of leadership activity in related areas. You know the education and school system in Switzerland, have a good sense for complex family situations, and bring the corresponding sensitivity. You are strong in coordination, enjoy networking, and think in a solution-oriented manner, valuing both independent work and exchange within the team. You enjoy working with young people and appear empathetic, clear, and convincing, and can provide solution-oriented advice and coaching. You complete the administrative tasks surrounding case management efficiently and structurally, valuing both independent work and exchange within the team.
