To reinforce our interior architecture team (fit-outs of offices, kitchens, apartments), we are looking for an engaged personality as a CAD Designer Space Planning and wood or metal, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your Task You create CAD layouts and space planning for office, workspace, and interior fit-out areas and develop functional solutions based on floor plans, customer requirements, and measurements; you create 3D visualizations and renderings of office and interior fit-out projects, which allow our customers to get a realistic impression of the planned rooms even before implementation; you construct individual solutions and special customisations in the field of metal construction or you create project-specific CAD constructions as well as workshop, production, and assembly plans for our internal use; if required, you carry out measurements on-site and transfer the structural conditions into your planning and support our project managers in the technical elaboration and constructive implementation of their projects; you support our assembly teams with technical questions and accompany demanding assemblies directly on-site; you clarify constructive details and interfaces and develop practical solutions together with our specialists. Your Profile You have completed technical or manual training, for example as a designer, drafter, carpenter, metalworker, or a comparable qualification; you have very good CAD knowledge and can create technical drawings and constructions independently; you have experience in creating floor plans, room layouts, and ideally office layouts; you have knowledge in 3D visualization and the creation of renderings or are interested in developing yourself in this area; you bring a good technical and constructive understanding as well as strong spatial imagination in wood and/or metal construction as well as in interior fit-out; you do not only think at the screen, but understand how a construction is produced, transported, and assembled on the construction site; you work independently, precisely, and solution-oriented and maintain an overview even with several tasks running simultaneously; you enjoy working with different specialist departments and enjoy seeing your planning later emerge in reality.
