It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Chablais vaudois and valaisan. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, La Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its practices, its training, and its openness to other approaches. In order to complete its night team at the adult psychiatry hospital unit, La Fondation de Nant is recruiting for a position of Night Nurse at 95% THE MISSION Night nurses have the mission of ensuring the care services required for each patient, with great autonomy and in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. Called upon to intervene in different units, they have the characteristic of being particularly flexible. WE OFFER La Fondation de Nant is a private institution recognized as being in the public interest, charged by the State to organize and provide psychiatric care in the Est vaudois region. Working at La Fondation de Nant means working within an interdisciplinary team that offers short to medium-term stays to support and consolidate the recovery process of patients presenting severe psychic disorders causing social and relational difficulties. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A nurse with experience in psychiatry, holder of a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing with Red Cross recognition (or a title deemed equivalent). We are looking for a person who is particularly adaptable and flexible, having the capacity to be at the service of the patient, their colleagues, and the institution. Finally, we wish to hire a person motivated by the mission of the Fondation and who enjoys interdisciplinary teamwork.
