Group Leader Services

The core competence of our foundation is social and professional integration in the work process. For this purpose, we offer around 260 places at different levels of demand. To strengthen our Services department, we are looking for the following starting early October 2026 or by agreement:
Group Leader Services (80 - 100%)
In our team, external services, you will work in forestry, during clearances, one-off or regular disposals, maintenance and cleaning work, etc.
We are where hands-on action is required.
As a group leader, our assignments are carried out by you with a small or large group of participants, depending on the type of work, whom we accompany primarily on behalf of social assistance. As an agoge, you promote our participants empathically and supportively in the context of the labor market measure in the sense of our employment program.
What is my function?
You lead a work group of up to 12 people; you lead, coordinate and actively work with them
You involve our participants in the performance of the daily tasks and give instructions, guide, check the results, give feedback and thus promote their professional and personal development
Periodically, you conduct status determination meetings with the program participants, the coaches as well as with the assigning bodies
You support the department head in receiving orders, order dispatching as well as preparation for billing
In crises, you intervene and contribute to the resolution of conflicts
What do I need to be successful?
Completed vocational training in the manual sector as well as all-rounder skills
High physical and psychological resilience as well as personal reflection and development ability
Professional training with leadership experience paired with strong social competence (Advantage: Agoge)
Polished interaction with customers, passers-by as well as participants
Good IT user knowledge (especially MS-Office) as well as good German skills oral & written
Organizational talent with maker qualities, team player with a calm and decisive appearance
Driver's license B + D, possibly forklift license
