With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for a Finance & Controlling Specialist 50% - 80% (m/f/d) fixed-term until 31. December 2026, optionally until 31. March 2027.

As a Finance & Controlling Specialist, you will take on a central role regarding operational accounting, reporting and controlling. You ensure reliable figures, further develop evaluations and processes and support different stakeholders with sound decision-making bases. In doing so, you combine operational financial craftsmanship with analytical thinking.
This is what your professional day looks like with us
You carry out the operational accounting according to the requirements of REKOLE and ensure that internal as well as external requirements are correctly reflected. At the same time, you are the central contact person for questions regarding operational accounting and contribute your specialist knowledge in exchange with different stakeholders.
You take on application responsibility for the operational accounting in the ERP system Opale bluePearl as well as our reporting tool Qlik Sense. You create recurring internal and external reportings, prepare statistical data and ensure that relevant key figures are available in an understandable and reliable manner.
Another focus lies on the further development of our financial and medical controlling. You create ad-hoc analyses, investigate questions and thereby create sound decision-making bases. In addition, you participate in quarterly and annual financial statements, support ISO and IKS processes and contribute to various projects.
What you bring with you
You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting, controlling or in business administration – or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in finance and accounting and/or controlling as well as very good Excel skills and an affinity for ERP, reporting and finance systems distinguish you. Knowledge of Opale bluePearl, REKOLE and experience in the healthcare sector are an advantage.
You work analytically, structured and reliably, enjoy taking on responsibility and enjoy working with different internal and external stakeholders.
