To strengthen our team in the Rheintal, we are looking for an Employee Garden Rheintal region, Landquart (m/f/d) 100% starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks * You are responsible for the maintenance and care of the green spaces and outdoor facilities of our client properties in the Rheintal * You carry out pruning work on shrubs, hedges, and smaller trees * Lawn areas, flower beds, and general outdoor facilities are professionally maintained by you * You carry out small repairs and maintenance work on garden and outdoor facilities independently * With appropriate knowledge, you undertake work on walkways, paved surfaces, and playgrounds * You work with the common machines and devices of garden and outdoor facility management * You are in regular contact with administrations, tenants, customers, and tradespeople * You ensure compliance with our quality standards * Damages, defects, and necessary additional work are reported reliably * In winter, you undertake assignments in winter service. Your profile * Ideally, you have training as a Gärtner EFZ, Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ, or a comparable manual training * Alternatively, you bring several years of practical experience in garden maintenance or in outdoor facility management * You can handle common small machines and devices safely * You have a good understanding of plant care, green spaces, and seasonal work * You work independently, reliably, and responsibly * Customer orientation and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you * Good German language skills are required * Driving license category B is required, driving license category BE is an advantage.
