For our headquarters in Rive, we are looking for a Technical Assistant today.

• * Your main responsibilities:
• Assist the technician in the technical management of a portfolio of buildings;
• Establish work orders;
• Carry out and follow up on insurance claims;
• Allocate invoices;
• General relations with tenants, concierges, and various service providers;
• Handle routine correspondence;
• Answer telephone calls.

Your profile:

• CFC as a commercial employee, or equivalent;
• Successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in Switzerland;
• Good writing skills and spelling;
• Good capacities for understanding, adaptation, and analysis;
• Precise, proactive, rigorous, and autonomous;
• Of pleasant character with a great team spirit;
• Mastery of standard IT tools, notably Excel.
