Case Officer within the Police Command Staff (EMCP) With its approximately 4'000 employees, the Zurich Cantonal Police is responsible for ensuring security in the canton. Participation in the operational interventions of the Police Command Staff (EMCP) as a specialist. Development of intervention directives, drafting of reference documents and engagement orders, and provision of support services. Collection, analysis and dissemination of police information relating to events, linked to security or demonstrations having an impact on security. Maintenance of relations with partner organizations of the police information sharing network at the federal, cantonal and communal levels. Communication with various interest groups in all regions of Switzerland. Guaranteeing the availability of the secretariat, managing various information channels, ensuring the update of master data and administering specialized applications. Your profile Completed training as a police officer (BP) with several years of professional experience and/or bachelor's degree (HES/university/EPF, for example in engineering, business management, political science) or equivalent experience. Irreproachable integrity. Very good knowledge in at least two official languages and in English. Experience in staff work and knowledge in matters of operational planning. Very good writing and analytical skills, synthetic spirit, strong interest in security policy issues. Good communication and collaboration skills, as well as a solution-oriented approach. Stress-resistant personality, endowed with great interpersonal skills and a keen sense of responsibility.
