To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Head of AVOR / Project Management Windows and Co-entrepreneur 80-100%.

Who you are

• You have vocational training in the construction industry, such as Carpenter EFZ, Joiner EFZ, Architectural Drafter EFZ, or Metal Construction Planner EFZ
• You bring experience in the field of AVOR / Project Management, ideally in the field of Windows & Doors
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with CAD. 3E knowledge is a big plus
• You work in a structured and service-oriented manner
• You enjoy customer contact, working in a small team, and a new challenge

Your challenge & What makes the position special

• You are part of the leadership team as a co-entrepreneur and contribute significantly to the company's development
• You lead the AVOR / Project Management and build up a Champions League team
• You independently manage demanding window construction projects from A to Z
• You configure the products in the industry software solution and create CAD construction plans
• You coordinate and are in close exchange with customers and your colleagues (especially production and assembly)
• You ensure a smooth project process including assembly, post-processing, documentation, and post-calculation
