A solid employer, recognized on a national scale, our company is a dynamic group active in the real estate sector in Switzerland. In order to strengthen our financial team in Morges (VD), we are looking for a motivated Financial Controller capable of actively contributing to the management of the group's financial performance.

Your role and main missions

• Financial reporting: Actively contribute to the reliability and quality of financial reporting by managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER standards.
• Variance analysis: Provide an in-depth analysis of variances between results, budget, and forecasts by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in order to support the management of financial performance.
• Budget preparation: Actively contribute to the establishment of the annual budget, in collaboration with various stakeholders, in order to guarantee reliable forecasts consistent with the group's strategic objectives.
• Process optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the optimization of management tools, key performance indicators (KPI), and internal procedures in order to increase the efficiency, reliability, and quality of financial management.
• Collaboration: Closely support Management and Asset management in the management of the real estate portfolio.

Your profile

• Proven experience (min. 2-3 years) in a similar role. Holder of the Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent training, you possess solid financial expertise and are able to provide real added value within the team.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of German or English. Ease in exchanges and communication with various stakeholders from the different linguistic regions of Switzerland.
• Technical skills (Hard Skills): solid mastery of Excel and ERP systems. Good knowledge and experience with Business Intelligence tools is an asset.
• Personal qualities (Soft Skills): Analytical mind, rigor, organizational skills associated with excellent communication skills and a true spirit of collaboration.
