Project Manager/Work Preparation Switchgear Manufacturing (a) Project Manager/Work Preparation Switchgear Manufacturing (a) Ibach Exciting tasks You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise and accompany them competently and reliably You calculate and create offers as well as dispositions for switchgear You are responsible for resource and schedule planning as well as material procurement You manage your projects via the ERP from A-Z You are the link to suppliers and find solutions for technical as well as administrative challenges You monitor deadlines and budget and intervene early if things get stuck You are responsible for the control of supplier invoices You record and manage data in the ERP system You work proactively with the engineering and production team What you bring a completed training as an electrical installer, automation technician, electrical planner with further training as a project manager switchgear manufacturing, IPMA Level B, C, D or comparable experience in managing medium-sized projects you are familiar with switchgear and control system construction and are proficient in MS-Office and CAD Safety is non-negotiable for you You work independently, in a structured manner and with a sense of the right priorities You are customer-oriented, strong in communication and proactive You are personable, a team player, courageous and responsible Driving license Cat.
