Your mission

Your field of activity includes professional and personalized advice to our customers for the entire range of Salt products and services.

• Warm welcome of Salt Store customers
• Professional advice to customers, identification of needs, generating interest in new services/options
• Application of Pencil Selling to demonstrate the appeal of our offers to customers
• Concluding sales with enthusiasm and conviction
• Handling and resolving technical questions from customers
• Assisting in the attractive presentation of our products
• Cashier work

What you bring

• Completed professional apprenticeship EFZ in retail, 1-2 years of sales experience desired
• Technical flair as well as an efficient and precise way of working
• Bilingual German-French, other linguistic knowledge an asset
• Open, extroverted and sociable personality
• Desire and willingness to succeed together with the team
• Joy of learning and evolving in a dynamic environment
• Mastery of IT tools
• Great flexibility regarding working hours
