For an internationally successful Swiss company in the food industry, we are looking for a

Plant Operator (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Production of hard caramels according to production specifications, from preparation to shaping
• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of the production plants
• Carrying out quality controls as well as GMP-compliant documentation in SAP
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, safety and product safety standards
• Recognizing and reporting malfunctions as well as active participation in continuous process improvement

Your Profile ###

• Completed training as a food technologist or in the food sector
• Experience in a GMP-regulated production environment as well as strong quality and hygiene awareness
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with production plants
• Good German and PC skills, ideally with SAP experience as well as basic knowledge in Lean Management (5S/KVP)
• Readiness for 2-shift operation and occasional Saturday work
