Job Description

• Ensuring the stable operation of an extensive and business-critical IT infrastructure as well as processing complex incidents and problems at L3 level
• Administration and troubleshooting in a wide technology environment, including VMware, Nutanix, Cisco UCS, Citrix and Commvault
• Technical collaboration in global infrastructure and technology projects as well as contributing own expertise to design and technology decisions
• Analysis and prioritization of critical incidents in a dynamic operations environment as well as active participation in on-call duty
• Support with automation and future AI topics, for example through PowerShell or Python, as well as continuous familiarization with new technologies

Profile

• Experience in the operation of complex IT infrastructures, ideally within a larger enterprise environment, with sound L3 knowledge
• Broad technical know-how in several infrastructure technologies, especially VMware, Cisco UCS, Citrix, Commvault as well as other storage and datacenter technologies
• Experience with ITIL processes as well as ideally with regulated or validated environments such as GxP, SOX or IQ/OQ/PQ
• Structured and independent way of working, strong problem-solving competence as well as the ability to set the right priorities even with several parallel topics
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage (The willingness to learn German is welcomed)
