Location Genève Availability Immediately Type Equal Reference 41372 Published on 13/07/2026 On behalf of our client, we are looking for Job description ### • Plan, organize and direct activities by achieving results while respecting quality and deadlines • Establish detailed production plans with the PDP manager, synchronize and implement everything necessary to achieve PDP objectives and industrial priorities • Coordinate and analyze flows from raw material to the assembled level • Guarantee the adjustment of resources according to production capacities and workload plans, identify bottlenecks and propose corrective action plans • Design, develop, implement and monitor indicators and dashboards (Service level, plan compliance, stock coverage) • If necessary, lead, support, motivate and develop their team (1 person) • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools • Ensure the reliability of planning parameters (Lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, frozen horizons) Profile ### • Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, in WATCHMAKING a serious asset • Very good understanding of industrial flows. • Proven practice of ERP and reporting tools. • Sharp sense of analysis and problem-solving. • Organizational, structuring and prioritization skills.
