For one of our clients in the canton of Fribourg, a recognized Swiss company in the manufacture of custom windows and joinery solutions, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative wishing to evolve in a function combining technical, consulting and customer relations. Mission: You are the preferred interlocutor for a professional clientele and ensure the link between customers, the technical office and production. Your main responsibilities: Advise and accompany customers in their projects. Analyze plans, needs and technical constraints. Occasionally perform measurements on site. Prepare technical drawings, offers and orders. Ensure the follow-up of files until their production. Collaborate closely with technical and internal teams. Participate in the development and loyalty of the professional clientele. Profile You come from joinery, windows or wood construction and wish to put your expertise at the service of customers. You have: · Good technical knowledge of joinery and/or windows. · The ability to read and interpret plans. · Proficiency in AutoCAD or technical drawing software. · Good ease with IT tools. · Excellent interpersonal skills and a real sense of service. · An organized, autonomous and solution-oriented personality.
