On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Head of Finance & Human Resources (M/F). Your future responsibilities: You will ensure the financial follow-up of the entire company. You will develop current and innovative working methods. You will manage tax returns. You will ensure the monitoring of the treasury. You will handle invoicing as well as monitoring of various suppliers. You will set up relevant dashboards. You will be responsible for the proper application of the company's various administrative processes. You will be responsible for the proper management of HR processes in compliance with industry practices: salary management, certificates, updating of personnel files. Your profile: You hold a Federal Certificate as a specialist in SME management or a Master HEC with confirmed experience in Human Resources. You have a sense of responsibility and analytical spirit. You possess skills in financial analysis and internal control. You possess natural leadership and are comfortable with communication. You have a certain writing ease and master various usual computer tools. You are polyvalent and enjoy working in a varied daily life.
