We wish to recruit a Technical Assistant – 100%

Mission :
-------------

• Enter, control and ensure the follow-up of employees' hours
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as various correspondence
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of files and missions
• Write letters, documents and various communications
• Manage and ensure the follow-up of PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Coordinate and follow different administrative and technical needs
• Provide daily administrative support to teams and managers
• Ensure the proper follow-up of information and the circulation of documents between different interlocutors

Profile
----------

• Commercial or administrative training, with a first experience in a similar function
• Experience or knowledge in the railway sector constitutes a real asset
• Excellent organizational skills, rigor and sense of follow-up
• Very good writing skills and excellent mastery of IT tools
• Autonomy, reactivity and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
