L-Hôpital Riviera-Chablais, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital, which brings together more than 2-000 employees. The Centre hospitalier de Rennaz has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical outpatients' departments. Its Service de Gériatrie et Réadaptation SGR offers its services on 3 sites, namely:

• La Clinique de Gériatrie et Réadaptation CGR de la Riviera in Vevey (site de la Providence)
• La Clinique de Gériatrie et Réadaptation CGR du Chablais in Monthey
• The Rennaz site.

The CGRs' mission is primarily geriatric rehabilitation, as well as acute care for seniors. In Rennaz, this involves hospital Geriatrics consultations (CGH).

Close collaboration with HRC allows our patients to benefit from its technical platform and its latest generation equipment.

Under the hierarchy of a medico-nursing duo, you will work in close partnership with the patient and their relatives, while emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration.

The Service de Gériatrie et Réadaptation is looking for:

Assistants in Community Nursing and Care (ASSC) at 80%-100%

The main missions of this position are ###

• Organize, execute, monitor and document care services and medico-technical acts delegated by the nurse and authorized by the ASSC status, in stable situations presenting no emergency character
• Collaborate in the smooth running of the service's activities
• Promote the interdisciplinary approach to care and teamwork specific to the service's mission
• Promote, upon delegation, the involvement of the patient in their care project as well as that of their relatives

We require ###

• Imperatively a CFC as an assistant in community nursing and care
• A person motivated to care for seniors according to the best practices of Geriatrics and Rehabilitation
• A rigorous, organized and dynamic person, with excellent communication skills
• An interest in working in an interdisciplinary team
• Adaptation to change and involvement in the service project
• Proficiency in the French language and in IT tools specific to the hospital field
