You have an enthusiastic personality and possess an excellent team spirit. Proactive, you are a rigorous person who likes to work in an autonomous and precise manner.

Your responsibilities

• Management of telephone contacts with clients in French and German
• Management of client email flows and internal dispatching according to areas of competence.
• Transmission of quotes to clients
• Management of the smooth running of the billing process in connection with Ofac, cooperative society
• Management of relations with suppliers

Your profile

• Very good knowledge of French and German; Italian is an asset.
• Previous experience in client management and follow-up
• CFC commercial employee an advantage
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical production environment or in a pharmacy an advantage
• IT knowledge (MS Office)
• Proactive, flexible, methodical, rigorous personality, with excellent time management
• Team spirit and ease in contacts.
• Excellent communication skills.
