To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person in the Departure area at Zurich Airport (Kloten) - ZRH.

Your tasks ###

In the role of Check-in Agent, you are responsible for our passengers in the departure area, which means your tasks would be:

• Checking in passengers and travel baggage
• Checking travel documents
• Processing general check-in requests, including collecting excess baggage as well as selling upgrades
• Assisting and advising the passengers of the respective responsible airline
• Supporting passengers during flight irregularities
• Competent assistance for our Mandarin-speaking passengers, especially with China Eastern

Your profile ###

• You speak Mandarin at a very good level - this is mandatory for this position
• You have good German and very good English skills
• You are service-oriented, communicative, patient and resilient
• You feel comfortable in an international environment and enjoy working with people from different cultures
• You enjoy working on a PC
• You are prepared to work irregular shifts between 03:30 and 24:00, including weekends
• You are flexible in your deployment and independently enter your availability and possible assignment times via our planning tool
• No visible tattoos or piercings are allowed when wearing the uniform
• Further language skills are an advantage
