We are looking for a cook / sushiman / commis, for our restaurant in Morges. We are looking to hire a Cook / Sushiman / Commis, for our restaurant located in Morges Cook / sushiman - Morges Your mission: - Reception and storage of goods; - Disinfection of fruits & vegetables; - Performing fish cutting; - Preparation of rice, soups, salads, makis, sushis and others; - Preparation & fulfillment of orders taking delivery times into account; - Maintaining traceability; - Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP); - Monitoring of stocks, inventories and orders Profiles sought: Motivated / Serious / Commis experience / Swiss or foreign nationality with a valid work permit or European passport Start date: as soon as possible Please attach a cover letter, a CV, copies of all work certificates as well as the work permit if applicable.
