Production Controller

EMS has 25 production sites in 16 countries, employs around 3'000 people worldwide and is the largest vocational trainer in the canton with around 140 apprentices and recipient of the National Education Prize. EMS-GRIVORY is part of the High Performance Polymers business unit of the EMS Group and employs over 1000 people worldwide. The largest development and production center is located in Domat/Ems in Switzerland. Other production sites are located in Germany, China, Taiwan and the USA. ###

What awaits you

• Production controlling incl. cost accounting and calculation as well as their continuous further development
• Cost planning, forecasting and reporting in the production area
• Preparation of profitability analyses and investment calculations
• Preparation of variance analyses and derivation of measures
• Analysis and coordination of the monthly results of the operating units
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses
• Sparring partner to the plant managers in business matters
• Planning and evaluation of annual and multi-year budgets
• Coordination of internal transfer prices
• Participation in cross-departmental projects

What you bring with you

• Business administration or technical basic training with corresponding further education (Master in Business Administration, federal diploma expert in accounting and controlling, NDS Controlling Uni/FH or equivalent)
• Professional experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in an international environment
• IT affinity and S/4HANA, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and level-appropriate communication skills
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
