We are looking for a dedicated personality as a Chef de Partie 80% ##

The first tibits in French-speaking Switzerland is looking for team members, immediately or as agreed, for our gem located in the iconic Buffet de la Gare de Lausanne. We prepare high-quality food every day with a lot of love in our kitchen, thus enthusiastically engaging our guests. Participate in the story of our success!

Your responsibilities: ##

• All around the buffet, you ensure a high level of quality as well as an attractive presentation of the offering and inform our guests about our products.
• You will know how to enthusiastically engage our guests with our fresh and tasty dishes.
• Operational responsibility of the kitchen during your service
• Professional leadership and support of 4 to 6 collaborators during the work shift
• Coaching and participation in the development of production collaborators
• Active participation in the kitchen
• Implementation and control of quality and hygiene regulations

What you are: ##

You are a motivated, quality-conscious, and conscientious personality. You have a recognized professional training in cooking as well as a minimum of three years of leadership experience in a similar role. Your passion is cooking and you love to take on daily challenges with your team. As a qualified professional, you actively support the team and also perform shifts as a collaborator. Your leadership combines empathy and clarity. You are flexible and ready to work evenings and weekends as needed.
