As Deputy Team Leader Logistics, you lead your team through the night shift - and make every delivery day possible together with them. Important notes: Night shift: 22:00 - 07:00 What you will do Operational control: You lead your team through the night shift and ensure a smooth logistics operation - from the cooled temperature zones Fresh and Cold to the demand-based support of adjacent logistics areas. Leadership & development: You lead your team professionally in everyday operations, promote the development of employees, and support the team leadership in leadership tasks. Compliance with standards: You ensure that quality, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP, Migros-QM) are consistently met and set a good example. Communication & collaboration: You ensure the flow of information and bring topics from the team to the attention of the relevant authorities as needed. Process optimization: You identify potential for improvement, contribute your ideas, and support the further development of our processes and workflows. What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Field of study: Logistics Professional experience: 3+ years of logistics experience Logistics experience: Several years of professional experience including a degree in logistics or production environment. Leadership competence: You have initial experience in the professional leadership of teams and know how to motivate and develop employees. Organizational skill: You work in a structured way, keep an overview even at high capacity, and set the right priorities. Working hours: You are willing to work permanently in our night shift from 22:00 to 07:00. Communication skills: You communicate clearly, work gladly across departments, and ensure trustworthy collaboration. IT skills: You work safely with MS Office and ideally have experience with warehouse management or ERP systems.
