Your area of responsibility: ###

• You are responsible for outpatient clinic planning, patient coordination, and outpatient clinic preparation
• You receive our patients, admit them, and advise them on the telephone
• Data entry for the outpatient clinic as well as assisting the doctors during certain procedures are also part of your tasks

Your profile: ###

• You have completed training as a Med. Practice Assistant EFZ
• You are a friendly, empathetic, reliable and flexible personality
• Professional experience in gynecology is an advantage, but not a "must"
• Very good German skills, further language skills are an advantage
• You bring proficient handling of medical-technical devices and sound PC skills
• Organizational and communication skills as well as a high level of commitment and willingness to learn, resilience, and teamwork complete your profile
