We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant FR/GER to join our Finance team.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will participate in the management of customer accounts by ensuring invoicing, monitoring of receipts, collection operations, as well as the processing of customer inquiries in French and German.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations, from invoicing to the recording of receipts, ensuring the monitoring, matching, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Ensure, in French and German, the processing by telephone and by e-mail of customer inquiries relating to invoicing and payments.
• Participate in periodic closings, the control of receivables, and the monitoring of unpaid invoices, including litigation management.
• Support the Accounts Receivable Manager in her daily activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Your profile

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Recognized experience in accounting, including experience in accounts receivable
• Excellent ability to communicate in German (minimum B2 level)
• Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy
• Team spirit and service orientation
• Available quickly
