What to expect

• You ensure the reliable maintenance of our modern rail vehicles and work with high care on their upkeep
• You diagnose and rectify irregularities in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components of the rolling stock
• You perform operational releases and consistently adhere to all safety processes according to ECM regulations
• You carry out shunting maneuvers on the workshop premises and in the station area
• You implement technical changes and inspection orders precisely based on drawings, parts lists, and diagrams
• You ensure the availability of the required operating resources and keep them in perfect condition
• You live LEAN principles in everyday work and actively participate in shopfloor rounds to continuously improve processes

What you bring

• You have completed training as an automation technician, electrical fitter, or car, truck, or agricultural machinery mechanic
• You bring good PC skills for accessing diagnosis and maintenance systems
• You have the mandatory willingness to undergo shunting training Kat. A 40
• You have the willingness to work in a company with 7T/24h operations
• You have the willingness to work shift duties, including 7-day night shifts as well as the resulting additional Fridays or free weeks
• You are independent, reliable, exact, and have a process-oriented way of working
• You are team-oriented, physically resilient, and a flexible personality
