Job Description ##

• Together with your team, you ensure the accompaniment, care and nursing of 28 elderly residents. This involves a balance between working in direct care or as a day manager and working in the office.
• You lead and manage an average of 15 employees in a technical, personnel and administrative capacity.
• You are part of the management team of the Nursing and Care division and work in higher-level specialist and project groups.
• You continuously develop the quality of services in the department, with your own ideas and concepts being particularly sought after.
• You perceive relatives as partners and involve them in the entire care process.

Requirements Profile ##

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF or FH
• Several years of professional experience in accompanying and caring for older people, ideally supplemented by leadership experience
• Completed further training as a team leader or willingness to complete it
• Knowledge of the interRAI assessment instrument and the CareCoach nursing documentation software is an advantage
• High service orientation, structured way of working and pronounced organizational skills
• Conceptual thinking and a winning personality with a warm demeanor
