Would you like to take on responsibility, sustainably develop procurement processes and work closely with our plants, locations and support functions as a business partner? Then you have come to the right place. As Purchaser Services & CAPEX, you will take on a key role in the procurement of services and accompany investment projects from tendering to successful implementation.

• You are responsible for defined procurement categories with a focus on Non-Cement.
• The planning and execution of tenders via SAP Ariba is in your hands.
• You negotiate service, maintenance and framework agreements with suppliers and create sustainable procurement solutions.
• You conduct price and contract negotiations for spot buying orders outside of existing framework agreements independently and successfully.
• You support and accompany smaller CAPEX projects and ensure professional procurement processing.
• The analysis and reduction of maverick buying as well as the strengthening of procurement compliance are part of your area of responsibility.
• You implement defined savings targets and continuously identify optimization potential along the procurement processes.
• As a competent contact person, you advise and train internal demand holders in procurement processes and purchasing guidelines.

How you will mix in with us

• You bring a commercial or technical basic education with further training in purchasing, for example as Einkaufsfachfrau/Einkaufsfachmann, CAS/DAS Einkauf or comparable.
• You have earned several years of experience in strategic and operational purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment.
• The execution of tenders and award procedures, preferably with SAP Ariba, is well known to you.
• Sound knowledge in the negotiation of service, maintenance and framework agreements distinguishes you.
• You bring experience in supporting investment or CAPEX projects.
• You are confident in using SAP, MS Office and digital procurement processes.
• Very good German skills are required. French and/or English skills are an advantage for cooperation.
• You think analytically, work in a structured and independent manner and have a strong affinity for numbers.
• With your service and customer orientation, your negotiation skills as well as your communicative and team-oriented nature, you convince different stakeholder groups and successfully drive common solutions forward.
