Responsibilities:
Comprehensive A-Z support of the real estate portfolio assigned to you, consisting of residential and commercial properties as well as condominium associations
General correspondence with owners, tenants and authorities
Budgeting / annual financial statements
Planning and implementation of audits
Conducting condominium owner meetings
Control of operating cost statements for condominium owners or co-owners
Control of heating/service cost statements
Issuing orders to craftsmen, coordination and monitoring of execution
Management of the caretakers of the individual properties
Handling of insurance cases
Invoice control and accounting in cooperation with the accounting department
If necessary, relief function within the management department
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent training, further training as a Real Estate Manager with federal diploma (eidg. FA) is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in real estate management
Careful, structured and independent way of working
Proficient German, other languages an advantage
