In this role, you combine your digital expertise with a social mission: You accompany learners with mental and physical difficulties through their Mediamatik training and support them in growing both professionally and personally. In addition to working on digital projects, you record observations and write educational reports. In this way, the position combines technical topics with guidance, promotion, and responsibility.

Your tasks
Accompanying learners from conception to implementation with a focus on digital projects
Professional guidance of learners in the area of Mediamatik
Translation of briefings into clear, understandable work assignments
Planning, implementation, and assessment of trial weeks and suitability assessments
Participation in interview and evaluation meetings
Collaboration in the further development of the teaching and learning environment within the agency
Predominantly an instructional and coordinating function with occasional own operational work
Documentation of observations and writing educational reports

What you bring with you
Joy in working with people in challenging life situations

Completed training as a Mediamatiker*in or a comparable profile
Several years of practical experience in the digital field
Routine handling of Adobe programs and Figma
Confident handling of WordPress and common theme builders
Very good knowledge of HTML and CSS as well as experience in creating responsive websites
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Willingness to engage with new tools and technologies
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Team spirit and joy in a social working environment
Video editing skills are an advantage
JavaScript skills are an advantage
